1/1
Unbeaten in two starts over hurdles at Perth (2m-3m), and notched the hat-trick when scoring readily by 7L at Sedgefield (2m1f, good) latest; 18lb worth of penalties to carry, but difficult to oppose despite the marginally softer conditions.
2
Horse silk
10/1
£20,000 recruit from the Irish point-to-point scene; 14/1 when running green and staying on out of the pack for a midfield finish in a Southwell mares bumper in April (good); hurdles debut.
3
Horse silk
4/1
Performed consistently in four starts in bumpers, winning by 9L in soft ground at Wetherby (2m) in November 2017; makes her hurdles debut off an eight month absence with a hood applied.

200/1
Half-sister to 2m-2m1f hurdle winner Goochypoochyprader, but pulled up on all three starts in Irish point-to-points, and debuts over hurdles for new connections wearing a hood.

7/2
Runner-up here in a 2m bumper (soft) in August 2017, and re-emerged from a winter hiatus when driven out to justify favouritism at Kelso in May (2m, good), beating Keep The River by a neck; switched to hurdling at a realistic level; respected.
6
Horse silk
50/1
0-5 in Irish point-to-points (featuring plenty of letters in her form figures); 100/1 when finishing a distant third (beaten 45L) to Go Another One over C&D (maiden) in July.
7
Horse silk
80/1
Eight-race maiden; shown little aptitude for AW Flat racing of late (1m-1m4f), and it was a similar story in a trio of bumpers prior to that; holds little chance on hurdles bow.
8
Horse silk
8/1
Off the mark in bumpers at the second attempt at Uttoxeter in June (2m, good), after bustling up today's rival Rubytwo on debut at Kelso a month earlier; has produced a lesser effort here since, and now tries hurdling for the first time.

Forecasts

Make My Heart Fly (1/1), Rubytwo (7/2), Harrisons Promise (4/1), Keep The River (8/1), Carrolls Milan (10/1), Westbank (50/1), Wise Coco (80/1), Mrs Vonn (200/1)

Verdict

Despite shouldering penalties galore, it is difficult to look beyond the three-time hurdles winner MAKE MY HEART FLY. She appears to be a fairly versatile filly in terms of trip, and there's probably very few concerns regarding the softer ground unless an absolute deluge arrives (not forecast). Unbeaten at Perth so far, she's strongly fancied to make it 3 from 3 in Scotland, with the others simply playing for places.
  1. Make My Heart Fly
  2. Rubytwo
  3. Harrisons Promise
