Yet another that has shown significant improvement since joining this yard. Recent wins at Worcester and Fontwell just about set the standard in here. This is tougher under the double penalty but should run his race and is a leading contender.
Won one of three starts in bumpers before a successful first attempt over hurdles at Bangor (2m½f, good) last month. Has his quirks and that win wasn't straight forward; only asserting close home. Talented but clearly slightly quirky.

Failed to win in nine starts for Nicky Henderson and starts life for new yard today. Would have gone very close but for a final flight fall at Huntingdon two starts back in a handicap. Bare bones of that form gives him sound claims of going well.

Pulled hard and tailed on on first start for well over a year at Southwell (2m4½f, good) when last seen in June. Previously won a point but has clearly had some issues. This trip not guaranteed to suit and needs to settle better.
Son of Presenting who was bought for €19,000 as a yearling and is a half-brother to winners over jumps and in a bumper. Well held well falling on hurdles debut at Uttoxeter in May. Given some more time since that fall and hood goes on first time.

Winner on the Flat in Germany and made a winning start for this yard off a mark of 64 at Kempton (1m4f, AW) last month. That was his first start since wind surgery and likely to make a decent transition to hurdles. Market will be a decent guide.

Won a steadily run bumper at Towcester back in October last year which hasn't really worked out. Well held in two subsequent efforts. Makes hurdling debut on the back of a five-month break.

Showed minor promise in bumpers but was beaten a long way in three maiden hurdles in Ireland. Starts life for new yard today but major improvement needed to take a hand in here.

Ran well on bumper debut at Stratford but her two subsequent efforts (including hurdles debut last time) have both been poor. Hard to fancy on that evidence and probably one for handicaps further down the line.

Forecasts

Full Bore (8/11), Nylon Speed (3/1), Bardd (5/1), Weightfordave (6/1), Larch Hill (33/1), Raving Bonkers (50/1), Scorpion Sea (50/1), Muilean Na Madog (50/1), Bazukhov (80/1), Talkingpicturestv (100/1)

Verdict

Weightfordave has been a revelation since joining Dan Skelton and looks sure to give his running once more on the back of his comfortable win at Fontwell last time. The double penalty may just make him vulnerable and preference is for FULL BORE to remain unbeaten over hurdles. The son of Milan is far from straight forward but may have too many guns for these anyhow. There should be better to come from Larch Hill and he would be interesting if strong in the market.
