C&D winner who had the run of things when breaking a losing sequence at Musselburgh last month, but not in the same form at Catterick next time, and opposable on balance of form.
Fair performer on the dirt at Meydan, but has been well beaten in two starts for current yard on turf. Plenty to prove, for all switch to Tapeta could be of benefit.
Won this contest a year ago, and bounced back to form when 8¾L fourth of 11 to Sauchiehall Street over 1½m here last time. Needs to build on that, but return to shorter should help, and he's not ruled out.
Not disgraced off 6lb higher here (1m) in April, but he's been well below that level of form since, including back at this venue earlier this month, for all he hinted at a revival with modest late gains.
Both wins have come on deep turf, and below form of late, although has often shaped as if having stamina limitations over furthers. Handles this surface, and drop in trip gives her a squeak.
Had seven starts for George Scott with a second at Windsor in June the best he could muster. Best effort for new yard when fourth of 12 to Livvys Dream in 1m handicap at Kempton last time. Must build on that to have a chance up in trip.
Winner over a similar trip at Wolverhampton last month, and ran creditably on form there last time despite not convincing under pressure. Won over C&D in her time for Richard Fahey, and remains well treated on old form.
Took advantage of handicapper's leniency when winning a weak C&D handicap last month, and excuses (blindfold removed late) when below form last time. Not dismissed.
Showed ability in qualifying runs, and improved when 5¾L third of 11 to Sauchiehall Street in a 1½m handicap here last time. Unexposed, and may do better dropped in trip, especially if settling better.
Put up a career-best effort when recording his only win, in a soft-ground Wetherby handicap (1m) on his reappearance in April. Not matched that since, although wasn't entirely disgraced at Carlisle last time.
Best effort to date when fourth over 1m at Ripon last month, but ran poorly on handicap debut at Ffos Las, and needs to put that disappointment behind him. Still early days, though, and cheekpieces may help.
Won on racecourse bow at Ayr last year, but hasn't progressed, and no better than seventh in five starts this season. Dropping in the weights, but makes limited appeal.

ISLAND FLAME is a previous C&D winner for Richard Fahey, and has been back to form on this surface on her last couple of starts, so looks as likely a winner as any. My Brother Mike should benefit from a recent run here, and could be a danger. with Orobas also respected on current form. Player's Luck disappointed last time, but represents a powerful yard, and could easily bounce back having been given a break.

- My Brother Mike
