Tends to make the odd mistake but won at Stratford two starts back prior to unseating early on at Market Rasen last month. Plenty of weight but not out of it if he picks his hooves up.
Turned over new leaf since joining present yard in April winning three and finishing runner-up three times in last six starts. Taken well to fences winning twice at Newton Abbot. Drop in trip may help but up 4lb.
14-race maiden who seems somewhat devoid of pace and hasn't really progressed since leaving Mark Pitman for current yard in January. Fell 2nd at June when well backed so worth a market check for any support.
Represents last year's winning yard. Unexposed maiden hurdler who hinted at ability a couple of times. Wouldn't surprise to see him do better over fences so not without hope on his chasing debut.
Only real form to date came when third in soft ground Doncaster 2m novice handicap hurdle in January but ran poorly after. Tries fences for the first time and any rain would probably help his cause.
10-race maiden whose only place came when second at 25/1 in modest handicap hurdle at Worcester in July. May do better over fences but is hard to enthuse over.
6lb out of the handicap so up against it from the start. Yet to reach a place in eight attempts so tries chasing for the first time here. Would be a surprise if he figures.

Forecasts
Eric The Third (5/2), Opechee (10/3), Robin De Broome (7/2), Top Chief (4/1), King Cnut (6/1), Spoilt Rotten (7/1), Polo The Mumm (10/1), Ortenzia (12/1), Wisecracker (14/1), Chasing Headlights (20/1)
Top Chief was all out to win on Friday and looked to have a hard race. If he has recovered then he would go close and now has the champion jockey on board so has to enter calculations. ERIC THE THIRD is the choice though having proved really consistent of late, showing a good attitude. Despite being 4lb higher that last time he can land the spoils. Opechee and Spoilt Rotten shouldn't be far away if things go their way, while among the chasing debutants King Cnut makes most appeal.
