Damut I'm Out18
Age: 8|  Weight: 11-12| J: J B Kane(5)| T: G P Cromwell| OR:  100
11/2
Knocking at the door, and seemingly best suited by a sound surface; beaten just shy of 5L (third) by Jack Lamb at Sedgefield (2m5f) latest; fair chance if staying 3m.
2

Cockley Beckp19
Age: 6|  Weight: 11-12| J: R D Day(3)| T: N G Richards| OR:  100
7/1
Seven-race hurdles maiden; placed over 3m off this mark at Perth (beaten 3L) in May, and feasible that she simply needed the race at Worcester latest following wind surgery.
3
Horse silk
Misfitst107
Age: 7|  Weight: 11-11| J: Blair Campbell(5)| T: Miss Lucinda V Russell| OR:  99
12/1
1-22 career (3m, soft) and hasn't raced over hurdles since March 2017; pulled-up after racing keenly when last in competitive action over fences here in June.

Secret Passengerp118
Age: 5|  Weight: 11-9| J: Sean Quinlan| T: B Ellison| OR:  97
33/1
Not shown much ability so far (either side of wind surgery), including in a couple of staying handicap hurdles; masses to find with Damut I'm Out on recent Sedgefield (2m5f) form; cheekpieces applied.
6

Boogie Lifep117
Age: 7|  Weight: 11-1| J: B S Hughes| T: D McCain Jnr| OR:  89
14/1
Eight-race hurdles maiden; fallen 9lb since introduced to handicapping, but not entirely disgraced when a keeping on fourth of eight at Bangor (2m3f+) last month; moderately interesting in first-time cheekpieces.
7
Horse silk
Lawtop Legend86
Age: 6|  Weight: 11-0| J: Jonathon Bewley(3)| T: G Bewley| OR:  88| BF
10/1
Produced an improved effort when encountering a sound surface for the first time over hurdles here in May, when beaten 8L by Andhaar; disappointing over a shorter trip at Perth next time and needs to bounce back.

Horse silk
Maca Cailin107
Age: 8|  Weight: 10-10| J: Finian O'Toole(3)| T: Mrs S Walton| OR:  84
100/1
Made all to win a mares maiden at Stradbally (3m, firm) in May 2016, but has disappointed since; makes her English debut for Sheena Walton with the handicapper simply playing a guessing game in allocating a mark of 81.

Lincoln Countyb,t11
Age: 7|  Weight: 10-10| J: W T Kennedy| T: O Greenall & J Guerriero| OR:  84| BF
12/1
Without a win over hurdles (0-13), and a beaten favourite in each of his last two starts at Perth (3m) and Sedgefield (3m3f); not convincing.

Andhaarv30

20/1
Beat today's rival Lawtop Legend by 8L when scoring over C&D in May (good); 5lb higher today, and whilst making the frame at Perth (3m) latest, was beaten 21L by the decisive winner King's Song.

Mission Triop74
Age: 6|  Weight: 10-6| J: James Bowen| T: Stef Keniry| OR:  80WS
3/1
Eight-race maiden; keeping on well when just held by Maureen's Star at Perth (3m, good) in June; had wind surgery since and able to compete off the same mark with talented rider James Bowen travelling North for the mount; strong claims.

Horse silk
Sendiym18
Age: 11|  Weight: 10-6| J: Henry Brooke| T: A Wilson| OR:  80
66/1
Handicapped to have a say on his peak efforts, but this Sedgefield specialist appears to be on the decline nowadays and has plenty to do with Damut I'm Out on more recent Sedgefield form; not likely.
13
Horse silk
Dudette18
Age: 6|  Weight: 10-1| J: S Mulqueen(3)| T: A Crook| OR:  75
100/1
Eight-race maiden whose overall form figures don't make for positive reading; got no further than the first hurdle at Sedgefield last month (100/1).
14
Horse silk
Rose Treep29
Age: 5|  Weight: 10-0| J: C Brace(7)| T: J W Mullins| OR:  74
4/1
Regressed for previous trainer Susan Corbett after making an encouraging start in bumpers for Pam Sly; 0-2 for Seamus Mullins and difficult to argue that she's heading in the right direction despite sliding down the weights.
15
Horse silk
Bygones For Coinst10
Age: 10|  Weight: 10-0| J: Aaron Anderson(7)| T: Kenny Johnson| OR:  74
66/1
0-25 under NH rules, and a mere 1-47 on the Flat; finished last of 11 (100/1) in a 2m3f+ Kilbeggan maiden hurdle earlier this month; no chance.

Horse silk
Dizoard19
Age: 8|  Weight: 10-0| J: Ross Chapman(3)| T: I Jardine| OR:  69
16/1
25-race maiden who competes from out of the handicap; has no issues with track or ground and is fit from a spell on the Flat, but others rate as far, far more likely winners.

Forecasts

Mission Trio (3/1), Rose Tree (4/1), Damut I'm Out (11/2), Cockley Beck (7/1), Lawtop Legend (10/1), Misfits (12/1), Lincoln County (12/1), Boogie Life (14/1), What A Game (14/1), Dizoard (16/1), Andhaar (20/1), Secret Passenger (33/1), Sendiym (66/1), Bygones For Coins (66/1), Dudette (100/1), Maca Cailin (100/1)

Verdict

Competitive numerically, but that's about all, with the majority of those towards the foot of the weights holding next to no chance whatsoever. Boogie Life is mildly interesting over this longer trip after an encouraging return to action at Bangor, whilst the top-weight Damut I'm Out has a reasonable chance if staying this 3m trip (point winner). However, the most obvious selection is the Stef Keniry-trained MISSION TRIO. If wind surgery proves worthwhile, he has the potential to be an unexposed and well handicapped horse. Furthermore, it's noteworthy that James Bowen has travelled North (sole mount) in order to take the ride.
