Unraced daughter of Swiss Spirit out of a mare who was a winner over 7f on the AW. Pitched into a tough race of its kind on debut.
Epaulette half-sister to useful 1m winner Harmonic Note and 5f/6f winner Haadeeth. Price rose markedly to 70,000 gns as a yearling, so needs a market check starting out.
Medaglia D'Oro half-sister to useful 1¼m winner Mudaarab out of a winning half-sister to connections' smart 6f/7f winner Anna Nerium. Yard has an excellent record with youngsters here, and she is shortlisted on debut.
Just an ordinary pedigree, and looked one for the longer term when not given a hard time on debut at Brighton last week. Yard in form, though.
Maxios half-sister to smart 1m-1m3f winner out of a 6f-7f winner. Has close connections to yard's other runner Clubora, and market should indicate pecking order.
Dark Angel filly who cost 80,000 gns as a foal and 270,000 gns as a yearling. Despite that, she started a big price on debut at Goodwood, and finished well beaten, looking backward. Will improve, although may need time.
Made a very positive start to her career at Goodwood (chased home subsequent listed winner Natalie's Joy), but while she's run well on both starts since, she isn't progressing. Sets the standard on form, but looks vulnerable to improvers once more.
Charm Spirit filly who was quite well backed when ninth of 16 to Fares Kodiac in maiden at Windsor. Plenty to find on that form, but presumably thought capable of better.

Forecasts
Swift And Sure (1/1), Wing Defence (3/1), Clubora (8/1), Mrs Worthington (10/1), Mongolia (10/1), Clara Peeters (12/1), Djibouti (33/1), A Spirit Of Love (33/1), Gilt Edge (66/1)
Clubora and Mongolia are both intriguing debutants with shared connections, so the market will be extremely useful in assessing their chances, and any hints should be taken. In the absence of such clues, SWIFT AND SURE holds the best chance on form despite not yet improving on a very promising debut. Wing Defence is presumably better than she could show on debut at Windsor, and is also respected.
- Swift And Sure
- Clubora
- Mongolia
