Was previously progressive before missing the whole of 2017. Two efforts this year have been very poor and whilst he should be approaching full fitness, hard to fancy at present.
Fair performer on the flat and has shows some glimmers of ability over hurdles. Makes handicap debut of a realistic mark and has pretty sound claims.
Not shown a great deal over hurdles so far and this is his second starts since wind surgery. About 15L behind Mauricio when they clashed at Worcester last time and has work to do to beat that rival.
From tailed off at the back-0end of 2017 when struggling in selling hurdles. Returns from a nine-month break here and is on a good mark on only second start for this yard. Fitness needs to be taken on trust.
Won well at Perth off a 10lb lower mark tow starts back. Couldn't quite reel in the long time leader in a strange race at Sedgefield last time and has sound claims of running well once again.
Good winner at Southwell off an 8lb lower mark back in May. Struggled in two subsequent runs but had some excuses each time. Returns from a short break and capable of getting involved on a going day.
Best effort over hurdles at Huntingdon would give you a glimmer of hope that this opening mark may be workable on handicap debut. needs to do better however.
been mixing hurdles and fences of late and tends to run with the choke out a lot of the time. Hasn't won for over two years and others preferred.
Modest on the flat and his three starts so far over hurdles haven't been much better. Starts life inn handicaps off a pretty low mark but needs to do much more to be involved all the same.
Has looked out of sorts under both codes for a while now and hard to get a handle on how much he still likes the game. Starting too look dangerously well handicapped all the same so a return to form would not surprise at all. Has won here.
Another who has dropped in the weights and seemed to have taken a step in the right direction when third at Bangor two starts back. Disappointing next time and hard to know what you are going to get now.

Forecasts
Strong Team (9/4), Bumble Bay (9/2), Marju's Quest (9/2), Mauricio (11/2), Dollar And A Dream (8/1), Arctic Chief (10/1), Lady Ingleby (14/1), Presenting Streak (22/1), Mountain Chimes (25/1), Gold Class (50/1), Captain Revelation (50/1), Spader (50/1), Overrider (66/1)
A weak race that is not going to take much winning. The two with the most obvious claims are Strong Team who has been running really well of late, he is sure to be involved, and MAURICIO. The selection has shaped well over hurdles so far and may have got in here off a fairly lenient opening mark on handicap debut.
- Mauricio
- Strong Team
- Presenting Streak
