Improved form this summer and took a Worcester handicap over 2m4f (good) back in June. Always in rear when falling at Southwell last time off this 8lb higher mark and needs to bounce back.
Tends to appreciate a sound surface and was progressing nicely when last seen in the spring. This trip is short of his best and may need the run and whilst he requires a career best here, he is liekly to continue his progress at some point.
Returned from an absence and wind surgery to bolt up at Worcester (2m4f, good) last month. Pulling well clear of Mr Caffrey (runs 2.15) who also bolted up next time. That looks strong form and worth every ounce of 12lb rise. Major player once again.
Huge improver of late having won three on the bounce (two over C&D) over the summer. Latest rise in the weights seem to catch him out in the bid for the four-timer and up against some other improvers today but loves it here.
In pretty good form at present but can't seem to get her head in front. Creeping up the weights without winning as a result and is in a hot little contest here.
Smart flat performer who has improved with each start over hurdles. There is a chance that this opening mark may underestimate him and he should be a leading contender in here.
Was having his first start over hurdles in almost two years when finishing third of 11 at Cartmel last month. Should come on for that and likely to be another on the premises in a tight little race.

Forecasts
Majestic Moll (5/2), Notnow Seamus (11/4), Carntop (11/4), Rejaah (7/1), Buckle Street (17/2), Venue (9/1), Just Milly (12/1), Newton Geronimo (25/1)
There may only be eight runners but this is a quality little race. Chances can be given to plenty and recent improvers Notnow Seamus and Majestic Moll are both very much respected. If Mr Caffrey follows up in the opening race that gives another boost to Majestic Moll's form. CARNTOP is just too tempting to ignore however having been highly rated on the flat he has improved with each start so far over timber. He could well make mincemeat of this opening mark and is taken to complete a hat-trick.
- Carntop
- Majestic Moll
- Notnow Seamus
