Yet to add to his debut success and is looking hard to win with. Promising fourth at Wolverhampton before disappointing back on turf. On an attractive mark and could bounce back on this surface for a yard that successfully aimed one at this in 2014.
Completed a C&D double in the spring and went on to subsequently edge a Newmarket sprint. Not disgraced since and one to consider with his mark dropping back below 70.
Her last four wins have come off lower marks, but this consistent mare should not be far away when top claimer's allowance is taken into account.
Yet to fulfil juvenile promise but she should do better here having had the benefit of two runs following an absence. Stable's runners in great form currently and one to monitor in pre-race trading.
Salisbury winner who has gone well here in the past. Usually gives her running but a further rise for her latest defeat makes this a lot tougher.
Losing run stretches back to July, 2016 and recent performances have been going from bad to worse. Always hard to dismiss AW runners from this yard, but he does look one to steer clear of at present.
7f specialist with a penchant for Wolverhampton. Has been placed here previously and weighted to give another good account having been denied a clear run last month.
Experienced mare who has been a good servant to connections, but has not won since 2016 and just 1-15 on AW tracks. Down to a career low mark.
Forecasts
Executive Force (2/1), Crystal Casque (3/1), Coverham (7/2), Burren View Lady (13/2), Early Dawn (10/1), Sarangoo (25/1), Briyouni (25/1), Caledonia Laird (33/1)
Early Dawn is feared back down in trip and with her stable going well, but COVERHAM is hard to overlook on the basis of two C&D victories and efforts on his last three starts that can be upgraded. Burren View Lady should give her usual honest account and Executive Force has dropped to an attractive mark, however a bigger threat may come from Caledonia Laird who has won off higher marks and who shaped well following a two month break.
- Coverham
- Early Dawn
- Caledonia Laird
