Will have disappointed connections with a number of grim displays over the larger obstacles since March before getting off the mark when not unbacked in a Tramore beginners chase over 2m6f. Place claims.
Plenty to like about the mares' starts over the larger obstacles recently including a win in a Tipperary beginners chase in July. Liable to find a couple stronger here.
Distance winner of a Limerick four-runner contest in July on comeback following a year off. Well down the field last time but yard known to be successful in novice chases recent festivals here.
Winner of one of his five chase starts and worth a check in the market given the form of the yards novice hurdlers at this meeting in the last two years.
Winner at Thurles on chasing debut but a disappointing beaten favourite in a Punchestown handicap chase over 2m5f when last seen in April. Has the ability to make a bold bid.
Leopardstown maiden hurdle at Christmas and later outclassed in Grade 2 Mares Novices Hurdle at Cheltenham Festival. Fifth of eight beaten 8¾L on chasing introduction and opposable in this company.
Has failed to complete in two career chase starts to date for current connections. Requires a chunk of improvement.
Winner over hurdles in the summer but generally well held in a couple of chase starts since June and this looks a tall order. First-time blinkers unlikely to assist.
