Has shaped as if still retaining ability in some of recent runs, though clearly losing pace at 10-years-old. First attempt over this longer trip, may perk him up.
Best effort so far in 1m Galway handicap last month coming off a layoff when 4L down in eighth of 17. Didn't build on that at Killarney since and needs to raise game upped in distance now.
Enjoying a fine summer, with wins at Killarney and Down Royal in July over longer trips. Run well in defeat in two of three starts since, eased a couple of pounds here and not without hope back in trip.
Nothing in three maiden starts to recommend and handicap bow at Roscommon (1m4f, good) this week didn't see any further improvement. Opposable.
Well backed ahead of her handicap debut at Ballinrobe in June but never really looked like winning, before finding no extra at Naas following month. May need to wait a little longer for first win.
Sole career success came on the AW at Dundalk and the Swiss Spirit gelding remains a five-race maiden on turf. May find a couple too good in this contest.
In decent form over jumps recently, poor at Limerick when last spotted on the Flat but handicapper has given him some relief now.
Nothing to recommend in four outings so far, including handicap bow at the Curragh (1m1½f, good to firm) in May. Plenty more needed off the break.
Inconsistent in variety of headgear on turf this summer at up to 1m. Tries longer trip now and must improve if hoping to play prominent role.
Only one win from 14 on the Flat, coming at Gowran Park last July over 1m4f on yielding ground. Didn't run badly at Dundalk in April when last spotted on the level.
Acclamation filly of fairly limited ability on what she's shown on the racecourse another heavy defeat inflicted over a mile at Bellewstown 10 days ago and all to prove going up in distance.
Unable to halt the alarming slide in form with a number of horrid performances over a variety of trips on the Flat since March. Very little to be positive about back from short break.
Now a 17-race maiden - 11 on turf - and no improvement on first start for this handler at Ballinrobe in July over 1m2f in a maiden. Hard to make case for back in handicap.
Beaten just over 12L in a 7f apprentice race at Tipperary on handicap bow nine days ago. Plenty more required going up in distance.
Showed nothing in two outings for Jim Bolger last year and sold for just 2,500 guineas to current connections. Tailed off in Galway maiden last month, tries blinkers and tongue-tie now switching to handicaps.

Konig Hall (4/1), Maewyn (5/1), Cache Queen (11/2), Big Ego (6/1), Wavepoint (13/2), Dinkum Diamond (8/1), Aibell (12/1), Taylor Velvet (16/1), La Cumparsita (20/1), Bilboa Lane (20/1), Dawn Arrival (20/1), Lovely Is The Rose (25/1), Royal Alto (25/1), Fake Media (33/1), Money In My Pocket (50/1), Emperor Of Fashion (50/1), Paddytheirishman (50/1), Rooney O'mara (50/1)
Dinkum Diamond isn't without hope off top-weight, with this extra distance set to ally the loss of pace in the twilight of his career. The other old-timer in the line-up is Konig Hall and he's on an attractive mark if fancying the job back on the Flat. Maewyn has come in for support previously and not really threatened to justify it while Big Ego could hold strong claims if ready to go off the break. CACHE QUEEN may have found the longer trip beyond ideal on Monday and, eased 2lb and 2f, she could land the third success of a productive summer.
- Cache Queen
- Big Ego
- Konig Hall
