Useful chaser who won on first turf start in July and then acquitted himself well at the Galway Festival. Below that last time but would be no surprise to see him bounce back.
Returns from a spin over fences on a good mark being just 1lb higher than when he won this race last year. Ran back to form previously at Ripon and likely to make a bold bid.
Yet to add to last year's success but showed a tremendous attitude once headed over two miles here. That was up there with his very best form and there should be more to come at a trip that may prove ideal. Looks a leading hope.
Tailed off in all four starts, including twice for current trainer, since returning to these shores from the Middle East and hard to make a case for.
Won a selling handicap before running to a similar level in two handicaps at this track since. Concern that she appeared not to stay on her previous try at this far and this is likely to be a truly run race.
Ayr specialist who ended a long losing run in June. Behind The Last Debutante over two miles here last time but didn't get a clear run so entitled to run a decent race.
Yet to add to last year's sole success and is starting to look hard to win with. However on a good mark and hit the line over shorter last time that suggested there may be more to come over this stiffer test.
Hard horse to win with but has held his form since winning over shorter at this track in July. Can go well again but yet to win at a distance this far.
Ran out of form last year for previous trainer and tailed off on stable debut following an absence. Best watched at present.
Seems to reserve her best for Redcar nowadays but well held there last start and this is a tougher grade.
Well beaten in all eight starts for current trainer and unlikely this sharp rise in distance is the answer. Remains one to oppose.

Archive (3/1), The Last Debutante (3/1), Chebsey Beau (7/2), Four Kingdoms (8/1), Braes Of Lochalsh (9/1), Falcon's Fire (9/1), Aelius (9/1), Flower Power (16/1), Marylebone (28/1), Unite The Clans (33/1), Slipper Satin (50/1), Tectonic (66/1)
An open handicap where Chebsey Beau can be expected to go close to adding to his win in last year's renewal. It may pay to forgive the latest run of Archive and despite his age there's more to come from him in this sphere, however preference is for THE LAST DEBUTANTE who got away from his rivals before being worn down late over two miles at this track and this distance should prove ideal. Aelius has only found one too good the last twice and has shaped as though he should stay this extra two furlongs.
