Two from five on the AW but remains without a success in 10 starts on turf. Would not have to improve much to play a role here.
Has been running well this season without visiting the winners enclosure. One who deserves a large change in luck with a win looking to be on the horizon.
Well held in three starts this season including on sole start on turf in a Bellewstown handicap last month. Liable to find one or two quicker here.
Largely solid and consistent in a number of starts since July including finishing second of 15 beaten 2½L in a Bellewstown handicap over 1m last month. Place claims.
Third of 13 over C&D on her last start on turf in June, well held at Dundalk on the AW since over 1m but solid place claims back here.
Has shown very little in four career starts to date including a 17½L defeat last time out in a Curragh 1m maiden in July.
14-race maiden with an official rating of just 44; beaten 2L (third) when last seen in competitive action in a 7f apprentices handicap at Gowran Park in July.
Unplaced in six starts for Sir Mark Prescott last season achieving a lowly rating of 53. Beaten in two starts for new connections and may struggle on these terms.
10-race maiden who finished 10th of 14 on debut last year, his only start over this trip to date. Needs to show significant improvement in this company.
First-time cheekpieces served little purpose last time out in a Dundalk 1m handicap on the AW last month. Others preferred.
Much improved performance in a Dundalk 1m handicap last month finishing second of 13 beaten 3L on the AW. Needs to maintain progress here.
Has disappointed connections in a number of drab displays since April and unlikely to be involved at the finish here.
Nothing of note recently bar showing signs of promise at Dundalk on the AW last month. Vast improvement needed to figure here.
First Reserve: In decent form at the start of the year before performances began to tail-off as summer arrived. Capable sort but needs a confidence boost soon.

PIPER BOMB is turned out quickly following his second of 15 beaten ½L on Monday in a Roscommon 7f handicap on good ground. The three-year-old is showing plenty of promise of late and can get off the mark on turf here at the 15th time of asking. Bouquet Garni appears to be improving with every run will look to take advantage of any shortcomings from the selection, while Ahundrednoout and C&D winner Guanabara Bay can battle for the remaining place.
- Piper Bomb
- Bouquet Garni
- Ahundrednotout
