Appreciated the drop to 7f when landing a fillies handicap at Wolverhampton last month - also set alight by the first-time cheekpieces to make most. Up 7lb but had a bit in hand at the line. Entitled to be thereabouts if taking to the Polytrack.
A surprise winner of a novice stakes at Wolverhampton in June but not been able to reproduce the effort in two handicaps since. Drop in trip and new challenge of this course may help her bounce back. Worth noting in the betting.
C&D winner in July and not disgraced in two starts since. Still 6lb above that winning mark but has shown a liking for this course and her rider's 3lb claim is a valuable asset. Hard to discount.
Won a novice stakes at Wolverhampton on her final start as a juvenile but missed a large part of this season; and needs to atone for a poor effort on her return in May. Not seen out since and her fitness needs to be taken on trust.
Made the most of a handy mark to win at Musselburgh last week - ran on strongly to finally shake-off her maiden tag at the eleventh time of asking. More required under a 6lb penalty but her yard is flying and the switch to the AW may be a good move.
Won on her penultimate start last season but has been regressive since returning to the action. 7lb lower than her last winning mark but plenty to do if she's going to stop the rot after a strong of poor performances.
Forecasts
Treasure Me (2/1), Rux Ruxx (5/2), The Chemist (4/1), Havana Mariposa (6/1), American Endeavour (10/1), Chica De La Noche (14/1)
This course seems to suit RUX RUXX and she has very little to find if she's going to emulate her C&D success back in July. The selection can be slowly away on occasions - a scenario that can play to the strengths of The Chemist, who can make the running and would be hard to peg back if allowed to slip the field. Treasure Me needs to prove herself on the surface but is another capable of forcing the pace if she needs and cannot be discounted from the equation.
