Cost €75,000 as a yearling but made just a satisfactory debut over 6f at Newbury last month. Should have learned from the experience but has to be a concern that the tank emptied quickly near the finish. The betting could be a handy guide here.
Cost £28,000 and made a pleasing enough start at Windsor for her to be sent off as the favourite in her latest outing at Bath. The Es Que Love filly lacked a change of gear near the finish, creating the impression another furlong won't go amiss.
Out of a 5f winner but is a half-sister to winners over a good bit further than this minimum trip. Yard does well with this type but the impression gleaned from her debut was that more of a test of stamina will suit.
Cost 155,000 gns and has some high-class performers in her pedigree. Wasn't given too hard a time on debut at Windsor but did shape with some promise. Could be worth a shot in a race of this nature.
Cost £34,000 as a yearling, the filly kept on gamely when third of seven at Goodwood last month - showing a bit of improvement from her debut at the same course. The jockey's claim could be a valuable tool and possible she's the yard's best hope.
Finished to good effect behind two previous winners on debut at Sandown last month and looks a promising sort. Yard going great guns just now and could have another that is capable of boosting the positive statistics on their hands here.
Forecasts
Royal Dynasty (11/4), Lysander Belle (10/3), Enchanted Linda (7/2), Karalini (5/1), Pimlico Pleaser (6/1), Layla's Dream (8/1)
As usual, the betting will be informative at this level but ROYAL DYNASTY was an eye-catcher in defeat on debut in what was a decent little race at Sandown. The nicely-bred filly gets the nod as the first one to follow when the action in the ring heats up. Lysander Belle was an expensive purchase and appears to hold ability after a fair effort in defeat on her introduction. Pimlico Pleaser ran well at Goodwood last month and edges out Enchanted Linda as the pick of her yard's pair of intended runners. She's forwarded as the most appealing from the rest.
- Royal Dynasty
- Lysander Belle
- Pimlico Pleaser
