Course winner has produced career bests on her last two starts. Promises better over this longer trip and particularly when she gets softer ground.
Had a confidence boosting victory here in May and stable are in great form at present. Usually runs to a consistent level and one that gives her every chance here on first run since wind surgery.
Poor when last seen but claims on earlier form and she responds well to today's rider. Stable 5-25 for the season and worth a check in the market for additional clues.
Winner of a weaker contest than this at Ludlow off a 3lb lower mark. Struggled in this grade on last two occasions and a similar story on the cards here.
Fair form in bumpers with her qualifying runs all showing promise, although she hasn't managed to build on those runs since switching to handicaps
15-race maiden under both codes. Could have settled better here when runner-up last time and she could have jumped better. Hung left under pressure that day and a 3lb rise in the weights makes her opposable.
Bumper winner who appears to have a small race like this within her. This trip on this ground may be the making of her given her form to date.
Has won three of her last six including a weak race last time and a C&D success in October. More to do here off this mark against stronger opposition.
Has form off higher marks than this but sole win came three years ago and reappearance suggested she may need more time.
Fell two out in a C&D maiden in May when running well after a 6-month break and has shown that she can win handicaps off this mark previously. Poor last time and stable remain quiet.
Forecasts
David's Phoebe (7/2), Really Super (4/1), Peggies Venture (4/1), Cockley Beck (5/1), Miss Mash (11/1), Troubled Soul (12/1), Oksana (12/1), Milan Of Crystal (16/1), Mac Bella (25/1), Ayla's Emperor (33/1)
Cockley Beck may have more to offer back at this trip with conditions less testing than on her last attempt. Nevertheless, topweight DAVID'S PHOEBE makes more appeal as she is progressive and also promises to deliver more over this trip. Peggie's Venture will give her usual running and has place claims at least, whilst Miss Mash is reunited with the champion jockey but may be better on softer ground.
