Nine-race maiden who has been largely well held in five hurdles starts to date. Looks vulnerable in this company.
Managed to get head in front six times on the Flat in Britain, but yet to make a suggestions he's going to prove as adept over timber in four attempts.
C&D winner on good to yielding ground over two-years ago off an 8lb higher mark. Lightly raced since and possibly best watched here.
First past the post last time over C&D on yielding ground but was later disqualified as rider failed to draw correct weight. Carries 2lb extra here.
Sole success came on good-to-soft ground on the Flat at Yarmouth in June last year. Struggled in four starts over hurdles but every chance he leaves those efforts well behind now switched to handicaps on seasonal debut.
Eleven runs since last win in 2015. Well beaten in handicap hurdle at Ballinrobe over 2m½f on good ground in May, having never travelled with much enthusiasm. Looks a tall order despite first-time cheekpieces.
Has been running acceptably on the Flat without winning over the summer but a four race maiden over hurdles well beaten 26L at Ballinrobe last month.
Two wins from 22 starts over hurdles. Back on a more feasible mark now but very little to be positive about despite a little promise in a 2m Sligo handicap on Tuesday. Others preferred.
Well held on all three starts over hurdles in the spring before a promising second of 14 in a Wexford maiden last month. Likely to be of more interest now switched to handicaps with first-time cheekpieces to assist.
Won a 2m5½f handicap hurdle here in June off a 6lb higher mark. Well held since and market likely to be the best guide here.
Course winner that has also won over the trip. But has not won a hurdle for over three years and now runs off a 27lb lower mark than his last win.
Pressed for the lead when falling three out here earlier this month in first-time cheekpieces. Even her best would leave her short of what is required here.
Appears to be coming to hand for new connections following a couple of promising starts recently. Entitled to make the shortlist here.
Not seen on track for the best part of two years. First time tongue-tie less likely to bring about the required amount of progression needed to land a blow here.

The Gordon Elliott hurdlers are in fine form currently with the likes of Graineyhill, Elysian Plains and Dinons all winning within the least week and ASKARI can continue the winning thread here on handicap debut. Another handicap debutante of note is Loughaderra Flame who can go well in first-time cheekpieces while Muroor and Lleyton who fought out the finish here over C&D earlier in the month are capable of hitting the frame.
- Askari
- Muroor
- Loughaderra Flame
