Six-race maiden for trainer Owen Burrows before disappointing in two starts for Ger Lyons. Did make a winning debut over hurdles for new yard at Tramore recently, but that was a pretty weak affair.
Winner of a Sligo handicap over 1m4½f when last seen in May off a 5lb lower mark, and probably needs to pull out more to be competitive here.
Well held in a competitive 1m4f handicap at Galway, but fared better when fourth of 12 at Tipperary last time, and leading rider engaged here, so merits respect.
Winner of a 1¼m claimer at Sligo on her final start for Jessica Harrington, but while she needs some respect as a last-time-out winner, this represents a significantly stiffer task.
Ran well over this trip at Galway early in the month, but flopped when turned out quickly there later in the week, and fared no better when out of the weights at Gowran last time. This is more realistic.
Won at Dundalk in April, and better form in defeat since, again running well when second of 12 to Here For The Craic at Tipperary last time. Sure to give a good account for experienced pilot.
Hasn't beaten a rival in three starts this year, leaving David Lanigan before finishing tailed off for new yard at Tramore.
Has a poor record overall, but third in this off 11lb higher a year ago, and has been shaping a bit better than the bare result of late, again left poorly placed at Naas last time. Not a forlorn hope.
Well into the veteran stage, and no sign that he retains any ability in recent seasons.
Hinted at ability on second career start, but regressive form in handicaps, and makes little appeal again.
Patch form at best, getting back to best when third in a Clonmel in May, but he ran badly last time, and not one to make excuses for.

Universal Focus (4/1), Miro (4/1), Magic Sea (4/1), Bobby Jean (5/1), Emily Square (11/2), Teqany (8/1), Dragon Girl (16/1), Molten Gold (25/1), Molly Kaye (33/1), Stadius (33/1), Hidden Diamond (66/1), Now Say Yes (66/1)
A pretty weak affair all told, and it may be worth chancing EMILY SQUARE, who hasn't been disgraced when things haven't gone her way the last twice, and she is now 11lb lower than when third in this contest last year. Universal Focus is admirably consistent and should go well for Alyson Deniel, with Lisa O'Neill's mount Miro also worthy of respect despite some low-key efforts of late.
