Last won on the AW back in January. Decent effort two races back when fourth of 12 over 5f at Goodwood but finished tamely latest over 6f at Ascot. More needed than he has been showing in recent times.
Just has the two starts this term and left previous form behind latest when he absolutely hacked up at Nottingham. Handicapper slams him with a 14lb penalty so life significantly tougher but such is his profile he may still have more to come.
Three time AW scorer is 0-9 on turf. Ran well two starts back in valuable Goodwood handicap where his rider lost the reins and stayed on into second over C&D here next. Handicap currently looks one he will compete off.
Doncaster win two starts back was her fourth of the campaign and her first over 6f. Third of five since back down to 5f at Ripon suggested handicapper caught up for now but she has been thoroughly progressive.
Dual two-year-old winner with cut in the ground but acted on quicker surfaces last twice with placed efforts at Haydock. Bit more needed but he is obviously pretty close to a winning mark so can't be ruled out.

SWISS KNIGHT left his long odds-on flop at Haydock behind latest when narrowly failing here over 7f. The drop to 6f looks likely to suit him so he gets the nod for red-hot Charlie Appleby. Choosey made a mockery of his handicap mark at Nottingham and while there is no telling how good he might be things will be tougher here with an extra stone on his back. Count Otto is yet to win on turf but has run well the last twice on the surface and in more valuable races than this.
