Won one of her four AW starts this winter and improved to win on turf debut at Nottingham in May. Took advantage of an easier task when scoring over 6f at Salisbury last week, and capable of defying a penalty on that evidence.
Lightly-raced gelding who won a 5f Haydock nursery in 2016, and is gradually working his way back after missing last year. Blew his chance at the start when favourite at Windsor last time, but not out of this if getting away on terms.
Everything clicked when he won on AW at Lingfield in March, but not fired since. Excuses for a couple of his recent defeats, but hard to find much encouragement when well beaten at Haydock last time.
Still a maiden, and has run a couple of stinkers this summer, but back to best when runner-up at Brighton on Tuesday, albeit never a threat to winner. Needs to show she can back that up.
In fine form at present with wins at Windsor and Bath last month, bringing record for today's rider to 432311. Found life tougher off revised mark at Chepstow last time under different handling, but possible he'll bounce back.
Registered first win on his reappearance at Bath (5½f, good) in May, and back to form down in grade when scoring all out at Brighton last time. Has proven vulnerable from similar marks in the past, but not written off in current heart.
Second run since undergoing wind surgery when a good second of seven at Newbury in July, and back to form when third at Windsor last time; back up in class now, however, and needs to pull out more.
Won a handicap at Kempton in March 2017, and lost out narrowly when last seen at Lingfield in February. That was a weak handicap, but he has since had wind surgery, so possible he'll do better.
One win from 45 starts tells its own story, and while he can show good speed at times, he's been well below form in three runs after a break this summer, and is out of the weights here.
Just a poor maiden on balance, and he's run poorly on both starts after a break this summer. Visored now, but makes no appeal from out of the handicap proper.

Belated Breath (5/4), Haylah (6/1), Frank Cool (7/1), Essaka (7/1), Cent Flying (8/1), Grey Galleon (10/1), Red Tycoon (11/1), Brother In Arms (16/1), Little Miss Kodi (20/1), Deer Song (50/1), Taurean Gold (66/1)
BELATED BREATH has plenty of weight to carry, but she is well treated on the form of her 5-length romp at Salisbury last week, and can defy her impost if in the same form. Grey Galleon was disappointing at Windsor, but it's not hard to find excuses for that run, and he's respected along with Essaka, who goes particularly well for Sophie Ralston. Haylah is handicapped to play a part, but isn't one for maximum faith.
