Left Hugo Palmer for 21,000gns after finishing third here on debut (1m), and made all to score by a short-head on stable debut at Lingfield (7f) soon after; form franked by the runner-up (winner since) but has a penalty to carry over a shorter trip.
Still to hit the target (13-race maiden), and has continued to disappoint for this trainer since finishing runner-up in a 7f nursery here in October 2017 (good); no chance on these terms.
Lightly raced in Ireland for Michael O' Callaghan (6f-1m), and moved on for 16,000gns in July; pleasing stable debut when a close third to Forward Thinker (form ties in closely with Gratified) over 7f at Redcar just ten days ago.
Beaten just 1L by the now 94-rated Aim Of Artemis on debut at Newmarket in June (7f, good to firm), refused to settle when a beaten 5/4f on her next start, so dropped in trip today as a result.

Just the four runners, but three of the field are genuine contenders. On a line through Forward Thinker, there's probably not much to chose between Gratified and Point Zero, with the latter favoured in receipt of 12lb from the penalised Lingfield scorer, but there's no denying that CHOCO BOX has the strongest single piece of form in the book. She's dropped back in trip after refusing to settle latest, so it's possible that her rider Jamie Spencer will opt to keep things simple and allow her to stride on early if equally keen today.
