Out of a three-time 6f AW winning dam (Flashbang), this filly was easy to back (16/1) on debut over 7f at Kempton just under a fortnight ago when finishing a tailed-off last of eight to Sand Share.

€90,000 yearling who has competed in better races than this so far (Class 4) at Newmarket (6f) and Ascot (7f); not made a significant impression, but surely competitive here if the first-time blinkers help to produce extra.

€34,000 yearling; third foal who is closely related to winners Whispering Belle (1m) and Brawler (1m4f); represents respected connections (24-88; 27% here since 2013), and likely capable of making her presence felt on racecourse debut.

Queen Constantine (13/8), Red Bunting (7/4), Dinastia (3/1), Margaret J (12/1), Nguni (16/1)

Verdict

Red Bunting makes her debut and represents a trainer with a 27% strike-rate at Yarmouth since 2013 (24-88). She is bred to be suited by a test of stamina, and this race is a realistic starting point. However, preference is for QUEEN CONSTANTINE who has the benefit of experience. Although she's not looked to be anything that special so far (€90,000 yearling), she'll appreciate this ease in grade after contesting a strong enough 7f contest at Ascot last month (sixth), and could have more to give in the first-time blinkers over this longer trip.
  1. Queen Constantine
  2. Red Bunting
  3. Dinastia
