Front-runner who is fairly-lightly raced over fences and may still have something to offer in this sphere after his recent 2nd over C&D. Ran too free back over hurdles last time but well weighted on some of his hurdles form.
Showed some promise on his first start over fences but pulled too hard to do himself justice and needs to settle better. Eventually falling at the last it's hoped he will settle better here; could get in a pace war with Marju's Quest.
Can be given a chance on some of his form (finished runner-up twice earlier in the year). Not suited by a hurdles outing last time and off a mark he can be competitive off here if he jumps more fluently than he has of late.
Had little chance at the weights last time (started 50/1) but there didn't look to be much of his old ability remaining. Pulled-up on his last two chase starts and even with the blinkers going on for the first-time he's hard to love here.
The losing run continues to mount but he's not without a chance if he came back to form and would have needed the run last time. The market may provide the best clue to his chance; on a tempting mark if everything comes together.
Not quite hit the same form since gaining a belated first win under a very competent conditional at Hexham. Can be less than resolute but will appreciate this trip more than the 2m4f last time; good young rider on board.
Attracted some attention in the market at Cartmel last time on the back of a rather dubious (in form terms) 3rd at Hexham. Cheekpieces now go on for the first-time but it may take more than headgear to produce a first win.
Usually goes forward but that will make him vulnerable here with others having the same run style. Ran well enough last time in a similar scenario but not hard think that others have a better chance for now.

Forecasts
Marju's Quest (7/2), Djarkevi (7/2), Boss Des Mottes (9/2), Reverse The Charge (9/2), Falcos (11/2), Helium (7/1), Chateau Chinon (7/1), Accessallareas (12/1), Keppel Isle (28/1)
A distinct lack of solid contenders although one or two are well handicapped if they came back to their best form in a race that could be run at a good pace. Marju’s Quest is well weighted on his old form but will have to contend with other pace pushers and the race may be set up for a closer. BOSS DES MOTTES is hardly the most consistent but he does have some form that gives him a chance here if his jumping holds up. Reverse The Charge and Helium are two others worth noting with market support likely to be significant for the latter.
- Boss Des Mottes
- Reverse The Charge
- Helium
