Stayed on well to take second over similar trip at Epsom 16 days ago on good to firm, that effort puts him in the mix for the prize here.
Winner over 6f (heavy) at Salisbury in April but subsequently faded from the front to finish last of nine over 7f (soft) here in June. Given a break since.
Best form has come over 6f/7f but capable of staying this trip and some juice underfoot won't harm cause at all.
All the way winner at Bath in June over a mile on good ground, two most recent efforts however have been lacking and must bounce back.
Won on debut at Southwell in December 2014 but hasn't won since. Very well handicapped on the pick of his form of a couple of seasons ago, but hasn't run since decent effort at Doncaster in March. Market check needed.
Got up gamely to score over 7f here in June, rated 2lb higher now and yet to fully convince the mile trip is what is needed.
Scored over 7f at Brighton (good to firm) on reappearance from 2lb higher mark. Hasn't really threatened in four starts since, including over C&D, and others preferred at the moment.
Successful over 1m at this track in May after which he finished out of the frame in two similar contests before finding 1m2f too far last month. Back in distance is a plus, but 4lb wrong on these terms.

Forecasts
Weld Al Emarat (6/4), Hedging (4/1), Kenstone (9/2), Redgrave (5/1), Sir Plato (8/1), Wahaab (10/1), Here's Two (10/1), Tally's Son (16/1), Satchville Flyer (20/1)
Any support for Weld Al Emarat would have to be noted. He ran well at Doncaster and March and has been off since, the booking of Hayley Turner looks a positive and they can are respected despite the absence. Wahaab scored here in June but may just be wilting late on over this trip while Satchville Flyer should enjoy the ground and run well, though his best form is over shorter trips. KENSTONE stayed on to good effect last time at Epsom and can make a bold bid here on the back of that.
- Kenstone
- Weld Al Emarat
- Satchville Flyer
