Won six-runner handicap at Brighton (7f, good to soft) nine days ago in first-time blinkers, is only 3lb higher now and far from inconceivable he'll go close once more.
Won five-runner handicap at Leicester (6f, good to firm) early this month, his first success on turf (three-time AW winner). Generally consistent lately and should remain competitive.
Has rediscovered his mojo since joining this yard, recording pair of wins at Yarmouth over this trip lately. Still well treated on three-year-old form and no surprise to see him in the firing line.
Has gone 13 runs since last win in 2017 but twice settled for bridesmaid role around here recently and runs from the same mark as last months' narrow C&D loss. Handles conditions and should go well.
At the veteran stage of his career but has been running well from marks of 70-71. Went close off slightly higher here last week and 3-7 in this grade at this venue after creditable fourth of eight in handicap over C&D on Thursday. Place claims.
Twice made the frame here recently over 5f/6f before hitting the target at Leicester (5f, good) last week. Back up in trip and entitled to stay competitive under 6lb penalty.
Good third of 11 in handicap at Beverley (7½f, good to soft) at the end of last month, beaten just 1L. Record stands at 1-16 all told and isn't the most reliable to follow that decent effort with another one.
Forecasts
Letmestopyouthere (11/4), Field of Vision (9/2), Bounty Pursuit (9/2), Archie (11/2), Perfect Symphony (6/1), Kinglami (8/1), Somewhere Secret (10/1)
It would be brace to rule any of these out. That being said, LETMESTOPYOUTHERE has been reinvigorated since joining the Michael Bell team and has twice scored over this trip at Yarmouth lately. He remains well treated on the pick of his three-year-old form and may well defy the handicapper again. Bounty Pursuit produced a career-best in winning last time at Leicester and is respected while Perfect Symphony isn’t ruled out despite a penalty for winning at the same track six days ago. Kinglami goes well here and Field of Vision was just touched off over C&D last month from his current rating.
