Olympic Glory colt cost £92,000 as a yearling. Half-brother to an Italian multiple winner including at two and dam from a good family. Trainer not having a great season with two-year-olds but jockey booking is a positive.
Newcomer by the great Frankel is half-brother to two winners both at Listed level at 1m-1m3f. Yard nor prolific with two-year-olds but in fine form overall so expecting a positive start here.
Promising Goodwood debut saw him odds-on for second race at Haydock but had to settle for second all the while leaving the impression that he was ready for this step up in trip. As good a from as any and leading player.
450,000gns yearling was made favourite under today's jockey on debut at Goodwood but ran a little green until staying on later in the contest. Sure to know the job better now and fact that this jockey remains faithful a positive. Big player.
80,000gns yearling by No Nay Never is a half-brother to two winners at up to 1m3f and out of a 1m2f two-year-old winner. Trainer has occasional debut winners including one this week so market check advisable.
Toronado colt made debut in same Goodwood race as Fox Power and like that colt showed signs of inexperience. More than 9L to make up with that rival here which is hard to envisage so best watched for now.
Mayson colt was in rear throughout on debut over C&D just over a week ago. Hopefully improve for the experience but be surprising if he progresses enough to make the frame.
Beaten 16½L when sixth of seven on debut at Sandown and looked very green. Expect he will be at his best next season over middle distances and for now is one best watched.
Well beaten on debut at Doncaster and remote 10th of 18 over C&D latest at 150/1. Caused problems at the start there and still has a bit to learn before he can be considered.
The lone filly in the field is by champion sprinter Slade Power out of an unraced dam related to a smart hurdler. Only cost €5,000 as a foal and went unsold as a yearling. Not the most appealing of the debutants.

Of those with previous form two stand well clear of the rest and preference is for Richard Hannon's FOX POWER. This expensive son of prolific sire Dark Angel looked the sort likely to improve plenty from his first race although he was far from disgraced in third at Goodwood. Cloak And Dagger showed improved from his first run when second at Haydock but he may need to find more still if he is to win this. There are a whole host of debutants in the field but at this early stage Cap Francais makes the most appeal among them.
