Former C&D winner, though losing run is now standing at 18 and dates back to May 2017. Weighted to have a chance if able to bounce back though.

Ex-Richard Fahey inmate had spent more than 1000 days away from the track before making debut for this handler over C&D last month. Sent off 125/1 and came home all alone in his own time.

Best known for AW exploits, winning here in May. Well held in a C&D claimer however on most recent start and others bring more convincing credentials.

First-time blinkers (retained) helped bring about a career-best when winning 11-runner claimer at this C&D four weeks ago, now 2-2 around here and needs close attention again.

Six-race maiden, often supported in the betting, much too free when last spotted at Chester 1m4f, good to firm) in June, has been gelded since and isn't one to cross off just yet. Market check called for.

Off the mark on handicap/stable debut at Beverley in May (1m4f, good to firm), perhaps did too much early on in sole outing since at Sandown and duly faded over 1m6f. First start on AW and dangerous if left alone in front down in trip again.

Forecasts

Airmax (6/4), Let's Be Happy (5/2), Corton Lad (5/1), Mythological (5/1), Raashdy (12/1), Don Keyhoe Tay (66/1)

Verdict

LET'S BE HAPPY sported first-time blinkers when producing a career-best to win a C&D claimer last time out and is now two-from-two around here. Back in a handicap, she's expected to make another solid bid. Airmax was a bit too free at Chester last time and, gelded since, may well have more to offer while Mythological could be dangerous given an easy time in the lead. Corton Lad is well-handicapped but has not shown his best for some time.
