Trainer Keith Dalgleish has a good record in this race winning it in 2015/16 and having the second and third last year. His representative this year Beechwood Ella may not be able to put him back on the winning trail in this race but she may improve enough to gain a minor place after a debut that showed some promise. Freed From Desire is the obvious danger to the rest of the field here having already won a race and carried her penalty with distinction in two outings since then going close last time. However, the well-bred and expensively bought newcomer MISTRESS OF LOVE who also has a Group 2 entry catches the eye here in what is an ordinary contest.
