Listed novice hurdle winner at Navan (2m, heavy) in March. Well beaten in first time blinkers (cheekpieces return here) at Galway last week and one to note dropping in grade.
Handicap hurdle winner on good-to-firm ground at Bellewstown (2m4f) last month. Held fourth upped in trip subsequently and of interest dropping in trip.
Fair efforts on the Flat since returning this season. Making his return to hurdles and seeking a first success in nearly four years.
Disappointed when last of 12 on his return to hurdling at Kilbeggan (good) over an extended 2m in June. Others hold stronger claims.
Completed a hurdling double when victorious over an extended 2m1f on good ground here last month. Held on the Flat at Galway (1m6f, yielding) subsequently but of interest back over jumps.
Followed up a victory over 1m7f on the Flat at Leopardstown (good-to-firm) with a second over the same trip on Thursday. Interesting back over hurdles.
Maiden hurdle winner at Perth (2m4f, good) by 9L recently. Stepping up in grade and likely more needed if he's to take this contest.
