Aidan O'Brien won this with a newcomer in 2015, and PINK DOGWOOD has a price-tag and pedigree which suggests she could be very good, being a full-sister to Latrobe who cost €380,000 gns as a yearling. She holds entries in the Debutante Stakes and the Moyglare Stud Stakes, as does Lady Kaya, who looked a good prospect when third on her racecourse bow here in June. Fulminate has to concede weight to that pair, but looks a good prospect herself, and this looks a race to savour.
