Has made little progress during her career and down the field last time in a weak race on handicap debut. Has dropped down the weights and young rider has an impressive 4-14 strike rate.

Maiden who has competed at higher levels than this. Claimed out of an above-average seller and debuts for new yard, but doubts persist about his temperament.

Showed some promise in his first couple of starts in a pair of AW races over the winter but he's been well beaten in three turf starts. Cheekpieces on for first time.

Has been running over further of late in stronger company whilst lacking the pace to launch a serious challenge. In a mediocre race with in-form jockey on board so has to be considered. Engaged Yarmouth 7:50 Wednesday.

Has faded close home in all her races beyond 5f although her C&D second would still rate her best performance. Soundly beaten on all three starts since and hard to fancy.

Sent off at 66/1 on handicap debut here two weeks ago when persistently hanging left despite all the headgear. Looks one to avoid at present.

Forecast

Lethal Angel (11/8), Global Rose (6/1), Spenny's Lass (7/1), General Jack (8/1), Dusty (8/1), Kraka (12/1), African Girl (14/1), Pam's Angel (16/1), India Jane (66/1)

Verdict

It is hard to be convinced by any of these but LETHAL ANGEL has been running at a much better level than this and the booking of Jim Crowley takes the eye. Global Rose has bumped into some improving types on her last three starts and does not have that problem here, however she has looked weak in a finish and cheekpieces may be the answer. Kraka and Dusty may scrap it out for the minor honours.
  1. Lethal Angel
  2. Global Rose
  3. Dusty
