Anything ridden by Simon Walker is generally worth noting in the market and having won this race last year he takes the rides on Pactolus this time around who is appreciating the ease in grade/mark but may just be better on the AW. BIOTIC produced a near career-best last time when cruising through a Salisbury handicap under this rider and although this is tougher he’s chosen to win again. Compton Mill will be interesting when he gets some slightly softer ground while Hollywood Road needs to make sure his temperament doesn’t get the better of him. White Turf doesn’t have many miles on the clock but will need to find a little more to take this.
