Ran well in last three starts including in a warm Sandown class two handicap latest. Handicapper gradually easing the burden and looks capable of going close here off a mark just 1lb higher than last win.
Both career wins come on AW. Uninspiring in last two starts (one turf, one AW) and given a bit of a break since. This mark not beyond him at his best but must bounce back.
Won twice late last season when fitted with blinkers. Had two unplaced runs in Bahrain over the winter and this his first run this season and for new trainer minus the headgear. Enough question marks to pass him over.
A winner here over 1m2f last term. Not seen since the spring and had a wind operation since. Only 1lb above last winning mark so no surprise if he's contending in the near future but could just need the run here.
Been in good form in three starts this season until she stopped rapidly at Ascot last month having led to 2f out. That run has to be a concern but form previous to that good enough to be a leading player so chances if forgiving that race.
A rarity as one to have not won this term for her all-conquering trainer. Upped in trip lately and good efforts here and latest at Goodwood although each left the impression 1m is stretching stamina to limits. More patient ride may help.
Not won since 2016 and faded to be tailed off last twice under ultra aggressive tactics. Surely more patience would help but hard to fancy and first time blinkers could further light him up.
Forecasts
Almoreb (2/1), Rebel Assault (7/2), Breden (9/2), Considered Opinion (11/2), Prost (6/1), Plant Pot Power (25/1), Kestrel Dot Com (25/1)
Preference here is for ALMOREB who has run well without success this term but the handicapper seems to be on his side now. Rebel Assault is obviously a danger but there is still a suspicion that 1m is slightly beyond her and with Plant Pot Power in the field this could be run at a fierce pace. Breden stays well and is now back to a workable mark so if he's fully wound up after a break he represents a danger to all.
