Trainer has a good strike-rate in bumpers here (24%) although his pedigree is hardly an outstanding one with his dam having made little impact in point-to-points. Is with a top yard though so can't be discounted with the market the guiding force.
Trainer has just taken over the yard from his mother and he's made a good start to his career (Flat double at the weekend). This newcomer is out of a dam who didn't show much ability but is related to winners; could be worth noting a move.
Three starts in Irish point-to-points (placed once) before being bought for £11,000 last month. Yard is 1-11 in bumpers over the last five years, this will be their first bumper runner at this track.
Trainer has a 13% strike-rate in bumpers over the past five years (0-8 this season so far; 0-7 here over the past five years in this sphere). This one is a total newcomer but is a half-brother to a bumper winner (on debut); not without a chance.
Made all to win a point-to-point bumper by 6L (2m, heavy) at Alnwick in April prior to having a wind op and being sold to this yard for £35,000. Dam is related to winners and he makes plenty of appeal; yard are 3-19 in bumpers here last five years.
Trainer has a good strike rate in bumpers (20%); this will be his first bumper runner at the track. This daughter of KIngsalsa is a half-sister to a bumper winner Aurillac and she has to be of interest in this contest.

Very little actual form to go on and the market may well be the best narrative in this although the point-to-point bumper winner LOCHINVER makes some appeal. The ground will be very different to that which he ran on that day though. Chapel Rock and Dorette both come from yards with good record in this sphere and a market move for either would be significant. Knab Rock wouldn’t be out of this while Essgee Nics is of interest given his trainers good form on the Flat at the weekend.
