Turned in a really poor run on his 2nd try over hurdles when favourite (odds-on) at Huntingdon (jumped sketchily) but recovered to land a weak race at Southwell. Unimpressive in landing the odds last time and still looks rather awkward over hurdles.
Didn't really fire over hurdles before he was switched to fences winning his first three completed starts over the larger obstacles. Made the most of a good opportunity back over hurdles at Worcester and sure to go close again.
Bred to be useful and shaped with a little promise in a Newbury bumper before finishing well held. Didn't really build on that when sent hurdling and gradually left behind; tough to see him cracking the principals here.

The card starts with what can best be described as a match with the verdict going in the direction of THE LAST BUT ONE over Haul Away. The former has looks the more fluent jumper of the two and that tips the scales in his direction to follow-up his Worcester win. The rest appear to be playing for the minor place with Heydour chosen to take that position, he’s at least shown a glimmer of ability so far.
