Down the field on debut at this track and wore blinkers when a well-beaten fifth of six at Chepstow. Has been gelded since that run and the procedure needs to have had a positive effect.
Promising fourth to a subsequent Group 2 winner on debut at Newmarket and was sent off favourite when narrowly beaten at Wolverhampton. Sets a fair form standard.
Kodiac colt who cost £100,000 this year and is a half-brother to three winners, including the very useful Hamza. Very much catches the eye on paper and stable is in good form.
Well held on both starts at Windsor and Newbury. Qualifies for a handicap mark after this and that seems to be the best route for him. Stable's juveniles are going well.
War Command colt who cost 95,000 gns as a yearling and is a half-brother to five winners from 5f to 7f. Keen when fifth of six on debut at Ascot and is a likely improver.
Green on Yarmouth debut and took a keen hold when fourth of 10 at Kempton last time. The form of that race has been franked by the subsequent Listed success of the winner, so this filly has to enter calculations with improvement to come.
Forecasts
Beleaguerment (6/4), Walkman (5/2), Elsaabiqaat (6/1), London Rock (7/1), Grandstand (8/1), Sheila's Showcase (16/1), Amazing Fox (20/1)
Beleaguerment sets a fair standard and looks sure to be involved, while Walkman can improve on his debut run and the well-bred Grandstand is interesting on his racecourse bow. Richard Hannon saddles both London Rock and ELSAABIQAAT and the latter is the selection following a bold show in a Kempton contest which has worked out well.
