Quite an intriguing little event with GENERAL BROOK likely to have enough ability left to overcome this field and take his 5th race of the year despite his increased handicap mark (he was rated a lot higher in the past). Trainer John Flint sets a puzzle with his three runners with early markets suggesting that Just Right was the best of the trio although Native Soldier is enticingly handicapped on his form from just over a year ago (won off a mark of 75). Innoko is a solid citizen at this level although he’s weighted to the hilt and could struggle to cope with some of these off his current mark.
- General Brook
- Just Right
- Native Soldier
