Disappointed on both starts over the larger obstacles falling on debut at Listowel before finishing fifth of 11 when last seen at Fairyhouse in October. Better at Kilbeggan on reappearance and possibilities here.
Peak rating of 136 over timber, has been off more than a year but could be the sort to take to chasing, may need this starting place however.
Patchy record in point-to-points so far, best watched for now on that evidence and others seem more likely.
Stable won this last year and have Capital Force in this line-up, quirky sort cannot be ignored and betting may separate the pair.
Doesn't always jump the best but nothing wrong with attitude last time in finishing fourth and has potential to take this.
Yet to win over fences but has made the frame seven times in nine starts, should be competitive again.
Finished third on debut over fences, will have to improve on that effort and has work to do with these on hurdles form.
Forecasts
Morgan (11/8), Roconga (9/4), Capital Force (11/2), Lion In His Heart (13/2), The Last Marju (16/1), Gusty Rocky (16/1), Keyboard Warrior (80/1)
Morgan was a fair sort over hurdles and likely has a future in this sphere, but he'll certainly require a cleaner round of fencing to open his account second time. Henry De Bromhead won this race last year and his CAPITAL FORCE shaped well in a beginners chase at Kilbeggan last month. He could be the answer here. The consistent Roconga is also one to be interested in.
- Capital Force
- Morgan
- Roconga
