Went close on debut at Leicester (5f, good) in May and almost matched that at Haydock next time. Possibly didn't handle Chester last time. Initial mark no more than fair, but open to further progress up in trip. Claims.
Stepped up on his first two runs when a comfortable 2L winner at Hamilton (6f, good to firm), from a previous winner and a shorter-priced stablemate. Still looks to be improving, and will need more to follow-up from this initial mark.
Made significant improvement for both of her runs and was tough when holding off a debutante at Pontefract (6f, good to firm) last time, with the front pair 9L clear. Handicapper has not got carried away with that. Could go well from this mark.
Improved for her debut when runner-up at Beverley (5f, good to firm) in May and returned there to win last time, running to a similar level of form. More needed from this handicap mark, but unexposed and not ruled out.
