Two excellent efforts since joining this yard and every reason to expect another bold showing. Would probably prefer a bit more cut in the ground but a player all the same.

Took advantage of his reduced mark to win back-to-back handicaps last month. Further 6lb rise is not certain to stop him given his back form. Major player once again.

Only collared right on the line over C&D in a big field handicap ten days ago having been messed about at the start. Only nudged up 1lb for that effort and sound claims once again if in the same mood.

Has not really done enough to justify her current mark, but she is relatively unexposed and untested in handicap company on fast ground.

Placed on back-to-back days last month and only just failed last time. Returns here off just 1lb higher and every reason to believe he will run well again.

Been off the track for a very long time which is an obvious worry but does return on a really good mark so a market check is needed here.

Collared Mr Shelby right on the line over C&D ten days ago. Still well handicapped despite 4lb rise and will be a major player once again if in the same mood.

Forecasts

Rattling Jewel (9/4), Shore Step (9/4), Count Of Carabass (9/2), Landline (13/2), Tush (10/1), Mr Shelby (12/1), A Few Dollars More (16/1), Joules (25/1)

Verdict

A wide open handicap and you can make a pretty solid case for plenty of them. C&D first and second Landline and Mr Shelby are both very much respected and should go well again. SHORE STEP is in flying form at present and he remains well handicapped on his old form so the hat-trick is very much on the cards here.
  1. Shore Step
  2. Mr Shelby
  3. Landline
