Won a handicap at Dundalk in refitted blinkers in March, but has run moderately back on turf the last twice. Cheekpieces now the headgear of choice, and others make more appeal.

Best effort this season when fourth in a claimer at Clonmel in May, but failed to back that up on return to handicap ranks at Sligo, and easy enough to have reservations.

Best at staying trips in this sphere, and ran well when 2¾L fourth of 14 to You Can't Catch Me at Limerick (2m1f) last time. Drop in distance not ideal.

Back to form in this sphere when close third of 12 to Sheila's Hope in apprentice handicap at Fairyhouse in May, and has since finished second over hurdles. One to bear in mind back up in trip with hood discarded.

Not beaten far into fifth at Dundalk in April, but well below form since, and makes limited appeal despite slipping in the weights.

Inconsistent this season, but back to form when 2¼L third of 17 to High Kicker at Tipperary last time, and not without claims if he can run to the same level again.

Blinkered when making all at Ballinrobe last summer, and largely campaigned over shorter since. Back to form returned to middle-distances at Sligo last time, and claims over longest trip she's tackled.

Won at Galway in 2017, but operating below best at present, for all he had excuses (blew the start) on latest Flat outing. Has since run just respectably over hurdles.

Has won off much higher marks in the past, but struggled for form last season, and well beaten in two starts over hurdles this year. Hopes rest on fitting of blinkers reviving his fortunes.

Last win came in a Leicester seller in October 2016, and patchy form since, although ran well in face of stiff task when close fourth of 10 to The Lords Walk in claimer at Sligo last time.

All out to belatedly break her duck at Dundalk in April from basement mark, and not disgraced over hurdles subsequently, but she will need further improvement to get involved here.

Flattered by third in a small-field maiden at Roscommon in September, and better judged on recent efforts, which suggest she has plenty to find.

Verdict

GREENPANDA is better over 1¼m than shorter, and was back to form when runner-up at Sligo last time. She gives the impression this trip could suit, and makes slightly more appeal than Tenth Amendment and Muroor. The former has strung together a couple of decent efforts of late, most recently over hurdles, and rates the main danger.
  1. Greenpanda
  2. Tenth Amendment
  3. Muroor
