Bumper and maiden hurdle winner on his first two starts last year. Well held when stepped up to 3m1f for handicap debut at Warwick on his reappearance. Drop in trip and 3lb in the handicap could help him do much better.
1-15 over hurdles, that win coming in 2015 when he was trained in Ireland. Is 0-15 over both hurdles and fences for this trainer, but has run some decent efforts in tough company and from higher marks. Can't be ruled out.
Broke his duck at Wincanton in April (2m5½f, good), from a 9lb lower mark. Acquitted himself well enough last time, but will need to find a bit more improvement to be winning again in this field.
All three of his British wins have been here, including when a very comfortable scorer over C&D (good) last month. A 10lb rise brings him into this higher grade, so he needs to find a bit more, but that is far from ruled out.

ALCOCK AND BROWN produced a significantly improved effort when scoring over C&D last time and, although he needs more at this level, he is taken to underline his love of this venue with another success. Malton Rose looks a potential danger despite conceding 10lb to the selection, while Forecast, Solatenif and Melody Of Scotland are all of interest.
