Winner over 7f on the AW at Dundalk but two subsequent starts have been uninspiring. Still open to improvement having been beaten 5½L in C&D contest six days ago.
Winner of a Galway maiden last term (7f, soft), has run well enough in handicaps at Navan and Leopardstown over this trip this season to warrant a close look in this field. Will handle ground seemingly.
Oasis Dream colt, made all to win 1m Navan maiden on good ground early this month on third start, just clinging on. Has a good bit more on his plate this time seemingly.
Clodovil filly, dam was a maiden and half-sister to useful two-year-old 7f winner Dazzling Day. Landed Listowel maiden (1m, good) on second start recently, may improve again here.

Just the four contenders and they are hard to split. Preference is for recent Listowel maiden winner TRUE TO HERSELF, who looks capable of further improvement having gained that success. Understate was also a winner at Navan last time and cannot be discounted while Spiorad Saoirse has gone well in handicaps this term and shouldn't be far away. Overcoming must build on a recent outing over C&D to be competitive.
