Winner of a Kilbeggan maiden hurdle over this trip in July last year. Promising run on seasonal return at Listowel in a 2m handicap hurdle. Plenty of conditions to suit and a strong contender here.
Distance winner of a Ballingrobe maiden hurdle getting off the mark at the ninth time of asking. Trainer usually does well at this meeting.
Concerns he may have reached his level when well held in a Listowel handicap hurdle earlier this month now racing off 9lb higher than the first of an April double. Market likely to be the best guide.
Winner of one of his seven hurdle starts and has recently been seen on the Flat and over the larger obstacles. Conditions in his favour but may struggle still 13lb higher than last winning mark.
Course winner that has also won over this trip. Looked a work in progress when finishing second of 15 beaten just over 2L at Listowel earlier in the month. Worth a market check.
Beaten a neck when last seen over hurdles in March finishing third of nine in a Navan maiden. Recently seen on the Flat and hard to fancy on return.
C&D winner but times seem to be catching up with the popular veteran now racing 7lb lower than his last winning mark.
Winner over C&D in March 2016 on soft ground and is currently 5lb lower than his last success. Very little to be positive about here.
