Dropped to handy mark before gaining a couple of wins at The Curragh last season. Dropped 3lb since last seen but very possible he'll be sharper for the run this afternoon. The betting market can help.

Yard is flying just now and this fellow went close to boosting the returns with a solid effort at Leopardstown earlier in the week. Big chance over this extra furlong if the quick reappearance doesn't take its toll.

Soild form over Jumps for Dan Skelton was backed up with a respectable effort on debut on the Flat for his current yard at the start of this month. Place claims again if using that as a platform.

On a long losing run but has some sound efforts to her name. Notably on a handy mark just now and, having posted an encouraging effort at Sligo in May, the Fahey filly has sound place claims if the ground doesn't ride too fast for her.

Form has taken a dip since winning at the AW at Dundalk in March and a big improvement is required after a moderate effort at Leopardstown last week. Today's extra distance may help. The betting can guide.

Won over an extended 1m2f at Dundalk last October and mainly consistent since then. More to do now, however, and a bit to prove in dropping back in trip after his latest dip in form.

Returned in good form this season - building on a respectable effort on the AW to follow up with a win at Tipperary in May. Far from disgraced under a 10lb higher mark last time, the filly has a likable attitude and makes the shortlist again here.

Losing run stretches back to his time in France in July 2016 and hard to fancy on recent evidence despite a falling handicap mark. Others look more solid options on this occasion.

Another on a very handy mark and would be dangerous to rule out if able to turn back the clock. His recent return after an absence since December left a lot to be desired and he needs to take a big step forward from that level to figure here.

Pulled up over hurdles latest and recent form on the Flat has also been below his best. Another who needs to pull something out of the fire to stop the rot.

Just one win from eighteen starts and has needed plenty of time between races lately. Ran respectably in a first time visor last time (back on today) but the filly still needs to conclusively prove her stamina over this sort of trip.

Just one win on these shores but does have a string of placed efforts to his name. However, he's still 2lb higher than his only previous Irish win and may not be ideally suited by dropping in trip. The first time visor needs work a small wonder.

Yard going well and they look to have found a reasonably good sounding block for the lightly raced gelding to make his handicap debut. One to seriously consider if the market vibes are positive in a weak race.

Verdict

NEAR KETTERING has started to find his form once more and, given that his yard has started to fire in the winners, this could be another piece of good placement from 'Team Murtagh'. The lightly raced four-year-old posted a sound effort in defeat at Leopardstown on Thursday and, given that he turns out so quickly after his near miss, the hint is taken that big run is expected. Konig Hall has form in the past which brings him into the argument, but as is the case with several others, he lacks the consistency to be given a solid recommendation to make the frame. Therefore, it could pay to side with Nanabad,/b> and Less Of That as the best alternatives.
