Out-and-out speedster who loves to go from the front and burnt of all the opposition when winning at Bath in May (5f, good/firm). Has run well on both occasions since to finish second being caught close home twice; should go well again.
Has a good strike-rate at this level (6/21) with his latest win coming over 5f on the AW (penultimate start) off a 3lb lower mark. Continued in good heart back on turf last time at Lingfield where his draw may have beaten him; respected.
Looks to have something to prove at present having not really shown any spark this season in three outings. The hood used for the first time on his latest start is instantly discarded and despite a 4lb fall in the weights he makes little appeal.
Lightly-raced for one of this age she went the wrong way after making a winning return last year and has failed to give much encouragement in two outings this year. Well below form on the AW last time she has questions to answer here.
A fall back below his last winning mark may well be to his advantage but he's ad yet not looked in the right sort of form to benefit. Never a threat on either of his runs this year (too free on the first) it's not hard to pass him over here.
