Just about the best race on the card and a testing one to work out with Escobar looking well handicapped for his new connections who do well with this type. Sound Advice needs to prove that he can produce his best away from Chester while Zabeel Star comes from a stable in rude health at the moment and has to be respected. The vote overall though goes to ALEJANDRO who has been knocking on the door of late and has slipped to a very attractive mark. Calvados Spirit is one to watch in the market for new connections having shown himself to be a capable sort last season when with William Muir and having had some wind surgery in the interim.
