Only won one start from 24 over hurdles. Fell on chase debut back in September but was beat at the time. Others preferred.
Didn't really take to chasing in three attempts last summer. Been a consistent hurdler over the winter though and has shown improved form so well worth another go over the larger obstacles and one of the likelier types.
Would have gone very close to winning a point-to-point at Largy in April but for falling at the last. Starts life under rules for a new yard today and hooded for debut.
Fell on latest start at Wexford when going in the visor for the first time. That is retained here but needs to improve markedly on all form to go close.
Form had been generally disappointing before making all to win comfortably in a handicap hurdle at Limerick (3m, good) last time. Makes chasing debut today and will be a player if backing that up and taking to fences.
Point-to-point winner at Inchydoney (good) in May last year. Well beaten in two maiden hurdle efforts and two chases since. Handicaps more suitable after this.
Fair hurdler who ran really well on sole chase start last year. Ran poorly on the flat when last seen (sent off favourite) but is a player for sure here back over fences.
Well beaten and never nearer in a mistake-laden debut over the larger obstacles at Kilbeggan before a 29L defeat in a beginners contest at Ballinrobe last month. Will need to improve to figure.
Fair hurdler and ran well enough for a long way on chasing debut at Thurles (2m2f, soft) when last seen in November. Step up in trip is likely to suit and market will be a good guide to expectations on return from a break.
Ran well behind Up For Review on chase debut at Killarney (2m6½f, yielding) last month. His form over hurdles ties in with the best of these and should be very competitive in this field.
Promising chasing debut in a Wexford beginners when finishing third of eight beaten over 7L last month before a second of 13 at Tramore. This step back up in trip should suit and interesting.
