Verdict

This is nowhere near as strong as the numbers suggest. Punches Cross was sent of favourite last time and seemingly got outpaced close home, this step up in trip looks a good move. Bakmaj looked to have a good future after winning his bumper last year and is respected on return from a lengthly absence. Preference though is for ROSERIVER HAS who has put up four really solid runs so far over hurdles and can gain some reward here with a well deserved victory.
