Off the mark in handicaps on her second start in that sphere over 1m4f off a mark of 80 she did run a little freely and show a high head carriage. That trait manifested itself last time when she disappointed and she backed out of things quickly.

Shaped nicely on a couple of occasions as a juvenile over shorter trips than this but showed promise. Just had the one run this year (now gelded) and still not looking the finished article (runner-up) and now steps up 4f on handicap debut.

Just a small field go to post here but it’s still an interesting race with SEXY BEAST looking as though he can finally get off the mark having looked to be improving still in handicap company. His best run coming last time out at Doncaster with the extra 2f looking to suit him off a 2lb higher mark. African Jazz and Amourice appear to have gone backwards of late but River Glades and Vision Clear still look as though they should be respected in this. The latter in particular despite still looking a little rough around the edges looks the type to go on improving although he does have to prove himself at this trip; plenty of stamina in the pedigree.
